Morondava (Madagascar) - "Trail de l'Île Rouge Madagascar, Red Island Race Madagascar". Race by stages: 6 stages - 125km - 1200m D+ / 14th to 27th of May 2021, running event will take place, the awareness of which is only increasing in and outside the Malagasy borders. The seventh edition of the Red Island Trail, will take place for the fourth time in the west of Madagascar, will not depart from the values that are dear to the organizer: Adventures and Shares. Madagascar, an ideal playground for outdoor racing, reflects what trailers are looking for in this sport: diversity, authenticity, difficulty and fun. During this seventh edition, the trailers will have a lot to do not with the accumulated drop in altitude but with the varied routes and covered with pitfalls: pebbles, sands, tall grass, rivers, mud, rice fields and a must-see on the west coast but how crucial the heat ! The organizer of the Raid Island Trail, TSDMADA (www.trailsolidairesdemadagascar.com), would like to come back to the sources of these full nature races to know no or a little drop in height but a natural difficulties that these five major tourist sites of the fourth largest island in the world will have to offer them. It is therefore 6 stages and 1 prolog that will constitute this test referred to the ITRA. What differs the Red Island Trail from another trails in Madagascar thanks to this stage-by-stage formula, it is to be able to offer competitors the feeling of full nature but also the opportunity to discover several famous Malagasy tourist sites during a single event. In a context dedicated to the protection of the environment, the organizer has an objective to sensitize the partner companies of this fabulous adventure to the preservation of Malagasy biodiversity. The Red Island Trail is therefore no exception to this environmental protection rule as we approach this seventh edition. The spirit "eco-trail" is not to have a time in the head but taking advantage of the race to "live the nature" and sharing a moment of friendship and conviviality with the other riders, without time-out, but with a stage and final classification. Solidarity spirit: We want to involve the population in the same way as in previous years by inviting villagers to run alongside foreign runners or walkers. The idea and spirit of this step-by-step nature race, like the organizer of this event is to promote solidarity through assistance to the most deprived. www.traildelilerouge.com
