London, England (United Kingdom) - "Going Round in Circles". It’s time to put the fun back into running! Welcome to Go Beyond Challenge’s Going Round in Circles, the London Circle Line Challenge. As the name suggests, the aim is to run between every Underground station on the Circle Line (the yellow one!)—all 27 of them. Entrants can take part as a team of two, or individually if they fancy a bigger challenge. The race will start at the Gail’s Bakery next to Paddington Station, where runners will be able to collect their race number and tracker. You will then set off either on an anticlockwise or clockwise run around the Circle Line, collecting a selfie as proof at each of the 27 stations! If you are in a team of two, one runner will go to the Tube station and grab a daily travel card and travel to your next meeting point on the Circle Line while the other will run to meet you there. It’s then time to swap the tracker for the travel card and agree your next meeting point. The distance between stations varies from 0.2 miles to 1.2 miles. The overall distance to run will be around 16 miles. There are no checkpoints but plenty of shops! If you are injured or have had enough then you can grab the Tube back to the start. There will be a special Circle Line Challenge medal for all finishers and the chance to grab a cake and a coffee as we finish in the bakery! www.gobeyondchallenge.com/going-round-in-circles

Oxford, England (United Kingdom) - "Thames Trail Ultra Marathon". This demanding run along the Thames is one of the most popular events in the British ultra running calendar. Previously known as the Thames Trot, the event takes in 48 miles from Iffley in Oxfordshire to Henley-on-Thames. Our runners will enjoy the company of England's largest river as it makes its way past ever-changing scenery, beautiful houses, and traditional rowing clubs. Expect everything from tarmac paths to muddy trails on this interesting and challenging course. The run follows both the Thames Path and Ridgeway National Trails, so entrants should be careful not to forget the words "National Trail" rather than simply reading "Thames Path." Starting around three miles south of Oxford, the race heads from Hawkwell House Hotel down to Iffley Lock and across the river. It then follows the towpath through the picturesque towns and villages of the region to Henley-on-Thames. The race finishes at the YMCA Y Centre, in Lawson Road, Henley-on-Thames. www.gobeyondchallenge.com/ultra-marathons/thames-trail-ultra
