5-mile flat in-and-out course along scenic South Boston waterfront to benefit the American Liver Foundation in honor of Congressman Moakley, who was afflicted with liver disease and used his experience to raise awareness in the community. Proceeds benefit research grant in his name. Prizes, awards, free food, entertainment and music. Walkers, racewalkers and spectators welcome. Prizes for categories by age, gender, wheelchair, racewalker, clydesdale/athena. Start at 10:00 am.
