The "Harbor Half" is the first footrace across Corpus Christi's Harbor Bridge in 20 years. Fees are $25 for individuals in the half marathon; $40 for two-person relay teams and $10 for the children's 2.62-mile mini marathon. Start and finish at the Old Concrete Street Amphitheatre, 623 Power Street in Corpus Christi. The out-and-back route will start at the Old Concrete Street Amphitheater, cross the Harbor Bridge, travel down the sand at North Beach near the U.S.S. Lexington, continue back on the causeway and turn around at Sunset Lake Park. Runners will get a bird's eye view of the Corpus Christi skyline, Nueces Bay, U.S.S. Lexington, Texas State Aquarium, Whataburger Field and Port of Corpus Christi, as well as have a chance to run through city streets, the beach, bridge and coastal wetlands. The race course will also cover two counties - Nueces and San Patricio - and two cities - Corpus Christi and Portland.
