For 31 consecutive years, the Fred d'Elia Ridgewood Run remains one of the oldest and most popular running events in the State. Offering $7300 in prize money, it remains a Memorial Day tradition for families and friends. Over 3500 participants, from world-class athletes to the weekend warrior, race on these flat and fast courses. Join us for your first race or set a new personal record!
