This certified marathon course promises to be among the most scenic in Washington State. The marathon course begins up lake of Fields Point Landing on Lake Chelan's South Shore Road. Runner's pass thru Chelan on Highway 97A onto Manson Highway 150, the north shore road, for the final stretch to the waterfront finish at Manson Bay Park. The course is predominantly flat and rolling with two half mile inclines in the full marathon. Starting temperature may range from approx. 55 degrees at 7:00 am to near 75 degrees by 1:00pm with variances.
