The course is comprised of 36 legs. Each runner races 3 legs varying in distances from 3-8 miles. The Race is continuous; therefore competitors will run through day and night. The Relay Race begins atop picturesque Mt. Spokane and winds its way through fifteen different cities en route to the finish line at the beach in beautiful Sandpoint, Idaho. Throughout the 190 mile course runners experience over 50 miles of World Class Centennial Trail, over 60 miles of property adjacent to waterfront, and dash their way through two National Forests.
