Known as the Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America, the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon welcomes 11,500 marathoners and is host to the USA Women's and Masters Marathon Championships. The course begins in downtown Minneapolis and follows lakes and the Mississippi River to cross into Saint Paul and finishes in front of the Minnesota State Capitol Building.
