Run for the Buds will start at Rockford Park in Wilmington, DE. Run for the Buds is a certified 5K and Half Marathon. Participants can pre-register for the 5K Run/Walk ($20) and Half Marathon ($50) and fundraise or register the day of the event (registration increases to $25 per person for the 5K Run/Walk and $60 per person for the Half Marathon for day of registration).
Registration will open up at 8:00 a.m. and the race will start at 9:00 a.m. Awards will be given for top finishers and top fundraisers. Post event activities will include family friendly festivities.
No dogs or strollers will be allowed on the Half Marathon course. We ask that all participants with dogs and strollers during the 5K Run/Walk self seed themselves towards the back of the pack to ensure the safety of all other participants.
