Earn your candy at the second annual Run Scared 5K, a Halloween fun run with 100% of the proceeds benefiting The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Held on October 31st at 9:00am at Seattle's Seward Park. Prizes for best costumes, top runners and tons of random door prizes. Timed event, USATF sanctioned. Walkers welcome, no time limit. Dogs on short leashes and strollers also welcome. Traffic free course along the shores of Lake Washington. Participants receive a trick or treat bag filled with treats and a commemorative T-shirt. Massages, hot coffee and food at the finish line. Maybe even a few spooky surprises along the way!
