The 2011 Soaring Wings Half Marathon is once again the Arkansas State RRCA Championship race and the region's fastest growing half marathon festival. In addition to being the best half marathon event around, the Soaring Wings Half Marathon Events benefit Soaring Wings Ranch, a Christian home for children needing a chance. The Ranch provides a loving and stable home where children receive hope and healing through educational development, counseling, a loving family environment, and the life changing gospel of Jesus Christ. The race offers athletes of any ability a chance to support a worthy cause while enjoying a well supported certified course. Participants will receive an official long-sleeve race t-shirt, refreshments after the race, and all finishers will receive a custom finishing medal!
