Start in Brixen-South Tyrol (560 m) and finish on the Plose (2450 m). Terrain: in part from Brixen to Milland (asphalt road) over Mellaun to St. Andrä valley station of cable car (hiking and forest trail). First changing station (1060 m). Further on towards Afers second changing station (1500 m). Partly on hiking and forest trails and asphalt road to Schatzer Hut (1990 m) and to Skihut (1900 m) over to Kreuztal/summit station of cable car (2050 m), third changing station. Hiking trail to Ochsenalm (2080 m) and final ramp to the Plose plateau and the Plose (2450 m). Altitude difference: total 2340 meters.
