"Run for 9-1-1" is an annual charity 5K run (or walk) to benefit #ThankYou911, an initiative of NENA, the National Emergency Number Association. #ThankYou911 encourages public support and recognition of 9-1-1 professionals, the unsung heroes of public safety, by generating essential funds to provide scholarships, continuing education opportunities, and wellness programs for 9-1-1 professionals across the United States. This is an afternoon event held at Shingle Creek Park, with the race starting at Shoreline Park, 200 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802. Race day schedule includes packet pick-up starting at 7:00 a.m. and the 5K race beginning at 8:00 a.m. Early bird registration is $25 for both the 5K, with general registration at $30, and $40 for Thursday and race day Friday. Bulk team pricing is available—create a team of 4+ participants and each team member will receive a $5 refund. All participants will be chip-timed. Ignite your competitive spirit with the exhilarating Cobra Den Trail Series, featuring four unique races amidst the stunning Tour De Wolf and Wolf River Trails in Memphis. Commencing with the striking Cape 5K and 10K on June 21, 2025, followed by the thrilling Samar 4 and 8 milers, the dynamic Caspian 5 and 10 milers, and ending with the challenging King 7 miler and Half Marathon, this series promises an adrenaline-filled summer.
