Nacogdoches, Texas (United States of America) - "Outlast Nacogdoches". Outlast is a 6 hour and 12 hour trail endurance challenge where runners complete a 5K every hour, on the hour. Each lap must be finished within the hour to stay in the event. If you finish early, you rest until the next round. Miss a lap, and you’re out. Complete all six or twelve rounds, and you outlast. The 1st Place 6 Hour Male and Female champions from each city will earn a spot in the Outlast Championship, where they’ll compete against the best of the best at the end of the tour. 4 laps = Bronze “Grit Earned” leather patch, 5 laps = Silver “Survivor” leather patch, 6 laps = Premium “Outlast” 6 Hour wooden medal, 12 laps = Premium “Outlast” 12 Hour wooden medal. La Porte, Indiana (United States of America) - "Cereal Killer 15k Trail Run". Race is held at Red Mill County Park 0815 South Holmesville Road, Laporte, IN 46350. Race day sign-ups, packet pick-ups, bathrooms are all located in the Smith Banquet building (the only building there). All runners will receive a limited-edition long sleeve shirt once the shirts are sold-out you will receive a winter hat and gloves instead of a shirt. The shirt design will be posted later. Cereal is the theme of this event after completion of the race please enjoy some breakfast cereals. Various cereal flavors will be available with 2% milk, almond milk and non-dairy milk. Deathwish Coffee will be brewing as well. Course will be marked with flags and signs. PLEASE pay attention to the course marking NOT the runner in front of you. You will be running FOUR LOOPS of course to get the 15k distance. We are doing old school timing for this race. Once you complete the race you will receive a popsicle stick with a number on it. Please turn that stick into the building where you got your packet ASAP. Awards for overall female/male and age group awards will be presented after everyone is completed with the race. Items from my other races will be for sale for $5 including t-shirts, hats, and coffee cups. The purpose Crazy Legs Race Series (CLRS) is to promote non-pavement/pavement races in the Northwest Indiana region through the development and management of new and existing races. At all our events you will experience fun and challenging course design in a low-key atmosphere. Races will be held in parks or areas in the Lake, Porter and Laporte counties. Overton and Chief Miguel “Mike” De La Rosa Scholarship Fund, which provides academic or police academy scholarships for those aspiring to a career in law enforcement or pursuing an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration. Yeti, during pre-19th century, has been believed to be a "Glacier Being" who was worshipped by the indigenous communities.
