The Stamford Public Education Foundation (SPEF) is excited to announce the return of its annual SPEF 5K Walk and Run, taking place on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Mill River Park, Stamford. This signature community event brings together runners, walkers, families, students, and local businesses to raise awareness and funds in support of educational programs for Stamford's students. The day kicks off with on-site registration at 8:00 a.m. and the race start at 9:00 a.m. Rain or shine, participants can enjoy a morning of movement, community spirit, and purpose. This year's event features exciting additions, including the Enrichment Expo, where families can explore hands-on activities, meet local organizations, and discover new opportunities for learning and growth.
