We have been given special permission to close active runways for this race! This race is being hosted by the Southern Timing Foundation, Inc. The 3rd Annual Run The Runway 5K will take place on Saturday, November 15th, 2025 at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport starting at 7:30am. This one-of-a-kind race will have you starting, running, and finishing on an actual runway. There will be a pre-race packet pick-up held on Friday, November 14th from 3pm - 6pm at the Fernandina Beach Municipal Airport (FHB) terminal located at 700 Airport Rd, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034. Parking for this race will be accessed off of Crane Island Drive. All participants will receive a commemorative finisher medal, race shirt, and a bag filled with supplies from our sponsors. This race will be chip timed by Southern Timing, LLC. All participants will receive an individual results page complete with your results, pace breakdown, finisher certificate, and a 20-second video of you crossing the start and finish line. Awards will be given out to the following categories: Top 3 Male and Female Overall Winners, Top 3 Male and Female Masters, and Top 3 in each age group: 10 and Under, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.
