Packet pickup on race day will be from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at the race site. Parking is plentiful next to the race start location, and the race starts and ends in the same place. This is a chip timed and scoring event. Free parking is available at the race location. The 5K is 3.1 miles on the beach. A clock will be visible at the finish line and results will also be posted online. Only pre-registered runners who complete the registration and payment process at least seven weekdays before the race are guaranteed a free t-shirt, though additional shirts will be printed. Qualified emergency medical professionals will be available at the start/finish lines. Dogs are not permitted in the race. Strollers are welcome but should start toward the back. Participants may bring their own water, though water stations will be available on the course and at the finish. There are no refunds or transfers.
