The start/finish line is where the Mamba 100 Aid Station 2 is located. All distances will take you through the scenic Blue and Yellow Trails south of Walnut Grove. New course for 2025! Join us for a fun and inspiring ruck march hosted by Memories of Honor and Operation Stand Down Tennessee, with support from the Bob Woodruff Foundation. What makes Music City Ruck March so special? Veteran and surviving family charity event. Spectator-friendly event—it's where tailgating meets fitness! Dog-friendly. Celebrates all who serve while honoring the memories of those we've lost. All participants carry the name of a fallen service member. The course is lined with the names and faces of our fallen. Each ruck participant receives a fallen hero memorial bib containing the name of a fallen service member and a commemorative event t-shirt. What to expect: The course is a short loop, structured as a time trial criterium. The loop will be around a mile to two miles long. The exact course and length are coming soon. You will do as many laps as possible within the two-hour time limit. You may stop at any time you like. You can do the course with or without weight. There will be a staging area where you check in after each lap and tag off to your teammate. You can grab food and drinks and hang out while waiting for your teammate in the staging area. You may bring your preferred nutrition, but we will also have a supply of water and snacks in the staging area. Your team will be given a punch card to count completed laps. Event divisions: Everyone is welcome to participate in all divisions, regardless of age, gender, or fitness level. Solo. Competitive 2-person relay team. Competitive 4+ person relay team.
