The Blast Bubble 5k Family Fun Run/Walk is a family-friendly event held as part of the "Blast From the Past" festivities in Downtown Historic Sedro-Woolley, WA, taking place on the Cascade Trail at the corner of Northern & Metcalf Streets. Foam party at the Start/Finish line for kiddos. Strollers and dogs are welcome, with the requirement that dogs must be leashed at all times and be friendly to strangers, crowds, and other dogs. Registration opens at 10:00 am, and the race begins at 11:00 am, with the course closing at 12:00 pm. The route is a flat, out-and-back course on paved roads and trails, featuring an aid station at the turnaround point offering water and a special treat. Olympia, Washington (United States of America) - "Olympia Lakefair Races". 2026 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Olympia Lakefair Races - 3K, 8K and Jerry Miller Half Marathon. Join us and make Olympia your center for a Pacific Northwest vacation and adventure in July 2026! All three races start and finish on 5th Ave along Heritage Park at 7 a.m. (Half Marathon), 8 a.m. (8K), and 8:05 a.m. (3K). The 3K race is free for participants 14 years and younger. There are prizes for M/F Overall, Masters (40+), Super masters (50+), and top three 5-year age group winners up age 90+ in each race. Additionally, several random prizes are awarded, and post-race food and snacks are provided. Tech T-shirts are included with entries ($10 extra for free 14 & under 3K participants), and Jerry Miller Half Marathon finishers receive a finisher medal. Free downloadable and shareable photos listed by participant and results are posted on the website. We welcome runners and walkers of all ages and abilities and have multiple age, wheelchair, and disabled divisions and awards. All courses are USATF certified. The Olympia Lakefair Races (3K, 8K, and Jerry Miller Half Marathon) are organized by the Lake Run Organization, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and the Olympia Downtown Rotary Club.
