Chiddingly, England (United Kingdom) - "Kings Head Canter 5K Road Race". A friendly rural road race, over a point to point course, starting in one East Sussex village and finishing in the neighbouring village. This year will be the 28th running of the Kings Head Canter 5K. Each year on the August Bank Holiday Monday around 250 runners enjoy the great atmosphere of this well organised event. The 4980 metre point to point course is a SEAA measured undulating rural course with an overall climb of 20 metres, starting in Chiddingly and finishing in East Hoathly, East Sussex. www.kingsheadcanter5k.org.uk

Inizio partenze alle ore 18 (adulti alle ore 19) dalla parrocchia di Grumello, via Falcone e Borsellino. Iscrizioni a partire da 13 euro, gratuite con gadget per bambini e ragazzi. Nella quota sono compresi: pettorale, ricco pacco gara per i primi 200 iscritti e maglietta decima edizione, buono pasto (pasta + acqua), ristori. Deposito borse, spogliatoi e docce.
